Reservation Policies
Reservations can be made
by telephone, fax or by completing the Rental Reservation Request
form by email. Once we receive your inquiry we will confirm within
24 hrs the availability of the condo and the rates.
Once the
dates have been confirmed as available and you are ready to make
your reservation a deposit of 50% of the rental rate is required
within a time period of 7 days. Reservations will be confirmed
upon receipt of the deposit.
Rates
Rates are based on a weekly stay. Our minimum stay at the
Royal Palms Condos is 5 nights. Additional rates may apply if
the occupancy of the condo is exceeded. The charge for an extra
person is $25 per night per person.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required upon arrival. The
deposit must be in cash or travel checks and will be returned
upon an inspection of the condo on your check out day.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
60+ days in advance – Deposit
minus $50 will be refunded
30 – 60 days in advance – 50% of the deposit will
be refunded
Less than 30 days – No deposit will be refunded
In the event you are unable to travel due to hurricanes – Deposit
minus $50 will be refunded |
