Suite 8 - Two Bedroom Condo Rental in Playa del Carmen

I believe this is, by far, the coziest suite in the Royal Palms Condos complex.

I have elevator access to this condo. It is a two-bedroom suite, containing a king size bed in the master bedroom and a king size bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own private balconies with views over 5th Avenue. There is ample storage of closets and shelving. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet as well.

There are two bathrooms, one of which is an en suite bathroom, which is roomy and has a Jacuzzi bathtub. What a treat!

The kitchen contains every convenience. It is fully equipped and furnished. There is a kitchen island and lots of counter space for preparing food. The refrigerator, the microwave and oven are all stainless steel with a counter top four-burner range. There is an ice cube maker in the freezer to make those marguerites that much more available.

I also have a separate wet bar off the living room, which includes a wine cooler and sink.

The living room is huge and tastefully furnished. I have a small private balcony off the living room where I can see sea glimpses in the distance.

I have a washer and dryer in the suite to eliminate those trips to the Laundromat.

There is a private terrace with ocean view and a large 6-person outdoor Jacuzzi. There are lounge chairs and built in sofas for relaxing and enjoying the peace and views. This a great place for social gatherings.

This is my home for most of the year. I make the suite available for rental during the times that I am not here.

My suite is perfect for two couples to share or families, I have based the occupancy of the suite at four.
