Suite 7 - Three Bedroom Condo Rental in Playa del Carmen

Welcome to Suite 7! This Luxurious three bedroom condo is the largest at Royal Palms. It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator or stair access. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with all the conveniences of home AND located in a tropical paradise only two blocks from the beach. You will never want to leave!

The décor of Suite 7 has a tasteful Caribbean/Mexican flavor with smooth marble tile floors, comfortable sea-grass woven living room furniture, beautiful bedroom furniture and Talavera sinks and tile in the bathrooms.

It has three lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 full baths and a powder room. There are two roomy master suites with private baths. One bathroom is exceptionally large with a Jacuzzi bathtub; the other has a stand up shower.

Both Master suites have king size beds. The third bedroom has a queen size bed; it is a private bedroom but adjoins the larger master with a separate door (a great option with kids). There is ample storage for your clothing and necessities in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The bedrooms all have balconies overlooking popular 5th Avenue, which allows only pedestrians. The balconies are a great place for your morning coffee or a cool drink in the evening. You will enjoy the charm of Playa first hand.

The fabulous kitchen has marble countertops, beautiful Talavera tile and is equipped with full size appliances including a counter top range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker (filtered water) helpful for making margaritas! Mix your ice cold beverages at the wet bar which includes a sink and wine cooler.

The glass top of the dining table is supported by a classic Mexican Talavera vase surrounded by built-in seating and chairs in a roomy nook. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

Spiral stairs off the elevator lobby lead to the Suite’s private rooftop terrace where you will enjoy Caribbean Sea and city views, colorful tropical sunrises and sunsets, beautiful night skies and the twinkling lights of the Island of Cozumel. There is a large Jacuzzi, a table, chairs, hammock and lounge chairs as well as a barbecue, sink, electric outlets and a small refrigerator for keeping cold drinks close at hand!

Suite 7 is equipped with TV’s (cablevision), DVD players, CD players and internet access. So bring your favorite CD’s, DVD’s and your laptop so you can stay informed, entertained and keep in touch with family and friends when you aren’t at the beach, enjoying an excursion or shopping on 5th Avenue.

Roomy Suite 7 is a perfect getaway for up to three couples to share or families. The occupancy is based at six.

Owner’s note: Playa del Carmen is a wonderful tropical destination with soft white sand beaches, beautiful Caribbean blue waters (great diving, fishing & water-sports!), shopping and when you stay in Suite 7 comfortable beds!!!
