Suite 11 - Two Bedroom Penthouse Rental in Playa del Carmen

With my large private Jacuzzi and outdoor dining and lounging areas on the rooftop terrace, I am able to enjoy the magic of this Caribbean beach town even more. Highlighting my holidays are my sunrises or watching a full moon lit seas or relaxing at night to gaze at the lights from the Island of Cozumel lining the horizon. The Caribbean style expansive roof top garden has sea and city views. This is the most romantic lounge in Playa!!!

I have decorated the apartment with comfortable living room furniture. This is my home. I have a beautiful vista from the sitting area. No matter where I am in the apartment, the view beckons my attention.

On my travels to the interior of Mexico, in a small town, I came upon a small wooden furniture building shop. The armoire and dining room suite displays a true example of the talents of the woodworkers of the interior. The living room/dining area is a large open space with a full-length wall mirror reflecting the Caribbean views and gives the impression of endless expansive sea. The sofa folds out into a double bed that allows for extra sleeping accommodations.

My kitchen is separated from the open living room/dining area and features a breakfast nook with a breath taking view. I have a stainless steel refrigerator, with ice cube making capacity to make those well-deserved Margaritas. I also have equipped the suite with an in-line water filtration system (ozone treatment). No more purchasing of drinking water. I have a counter top range, a large microwave, a full size oven and a dishwasher. I have a pantry with a wet bar which includes a sink and wine cooler – perfect for entertaining.

There is an in-suite washer and dryer.

I have created the feel of a tropical garden in the master bedroom. I have a private balcony with views over 5th avenue. There is a king size bed with plenty of drawers and closet spaces. I have the same tropical theme in the en-suite bathroom which features an oval-shaped shower created with glass blocks and a Jacuzzi.

The second bedroom has two single beds, with ample space to unpack your suitcase. This bedroom has windows looking onto 5th Avenue, it also features an en-suite 3 – piece bathroom. In keeping with my Mexican theme, I have purchased Talavera tiles, sinks and bathroom accessories.

The central air conditioning is truly a blessing on those hot and humid nights. During the day I can either have the air conditioning on or open the front door and patio deck doors and have the fresh, clean breeze off the Caribbean sweep through my condo.

Although you meet the most interesting people at the Internet café, I am happy to say that I have high speed Internet service in my condo.

I have cablevision TV which includes the networks and movie channels, for those times that I wish to maintain contact and keep up with the international situation or just simply watch a movie.

My home is an incredible penthouse suite with elevator access and is wheel chair friendly.

This suite is perfect for two couples to share or families and occupancy is based on four persons.
